The V1 Feurstellung Nr 17 14 – rocket launch site at Mesnil-au-Val, near Cherbourg. The site is mostly complete and a fine example of the remaining support buildings and the road the Germans built to transport the rocket. Between these two cement walls lay the ski ramp for the rocket.
Below are various support buildings and the road that the Germans built to transport the V1 rocket to the ski ramp.

The German road that was built to move the rocket to the ski ramp.

This the V1 rocket storage bunker. The V1 rocket would be wheeled from here to the demagnetizing building and then to be fueled before launch.
